Sofia joined the communications team in 2017 and creates graphics to support and visualise T&E’s work. She has worked for a number of years in Brussels on artistic and commercial projects as a freelance graphic designer and illustrator.
Sofia comes from Greece and, besides her native Greek, speaks English and French. She studied ecology and environmental management at Imperial College in London before taking a new career path to train in painting and illustration in the Athens School of Fine Arts and the Académie Royale des Beaux-Arts in Brussels. She likes comic books, long nature walks with family and friends, and spending creative time in her studio.
