Sylvain oversees Clean Cities in France. Before that he worked as a project coordinator for the Transport Decarbonisation Alliance as well as for the first French regional COP (COP Centre-Val de Loire). He was also a consultant on Climate and Resilience for the UN secretariat for Asia and the Pacific and has entrepreneurial experience having co-founded a multimedia project in 2012 with two friends to report on local solutions for the ecological transition. This resulted in a web-documentary and a book (Le Monde entre nos Mains, 2015).
Sylvain speaks English, French and Spanish. In his spare time, you'll probably find him on a climbing wall, hiking or discussing public policy choices over a glass of wine.
